Práce pojednává o výstavbě průmyslového areálu Tesla v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm, okolnostech a důsledcích jeho vzniku. Základní složkou práce je zmapování vývoje podniku Tesla a jeho vliv na poměry sociální struktury a architekturu města.
