Determining the customs value and its importance to the amount of duty
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou celního řízení, v němž se rozhoduje o přidělení celně schváleného určení zboží, tedy o propouštění zboží do celních režimů a je zaměřena na pravidla stanovení celní hodnoty a jejího vlivu na výši cla.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the customs procedure, where the decision to be assigned a customs approved treatment or use of goods, therefore, the release of goods for customs procedures and rules is aimed at determining the customs value and its importance to the amount of duty.
