The diploma thesis deals with the technical vocabulary on the topic of cookie cutters and cake moulds. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The main focus of the practical section is a glossary, with the first three parts representing a commented translation of cookie cutters, cake moulds and other products, not just for confectioners, bakers and cooks. Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá odbornou slovní zásobou na téma vykrajovačky a formičky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Těžištěm praktické části je glosář, jehož první tři části představují komentované překlady názvů vykrajovaček, formiček a ostatních výrobků nejen pro cukráře, pekaře a kuchaře. Poslední část glosáře tvoří slovní zásoba z výrobního procesu a expedice.
