Bakalářská práce pojednává o postavení žen během a po mateřské dovolené na trhu práce v ČR a na Slovensku. Práce srovnává a analyzuje tuto situaci ve zkoumaných zemích z pohledu státu a z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Po inspiraci v dalších evropských zemích navrhuje tato práce doporučení ke zlepšení situace v ČR a na Slovensku. This thesis deals with the position of women during and after maternity leave on the labour market in Czech Republic and Slovakia. This position is compared and analyzed from the viewpoint of state and employers.
