Abstract:
Trainee programy jsou stále se rozšiřující metodou získávání zaměstnanců. Jejich další efekty jsou například vyšší angažovanost a nižší fluktuace zaměstnanců, kteří trainee programy absolvovali. Nicméně některé trainee programy se potýkají s vysokou fluktuací ať již v průběhu, tak po skončení programu. Trainee programme are an ever-expanding method of recruiting employees. The effects of trainee programmes include higher engagement and lower turnover of employees who completed such trainee programme. However, some trainee programmes face high turnover both during and after finishing the programme.
