Managing and funding sport activities in Rokycany

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části věnuje motivací občanů při výběru aktivity pro trávení jejich volného času a vysvětluje pozitivní vliv na psychické i fyzické zdraví člověka. Blíže specifikuje organizování a financování sportu ze státního rozpočtu a rozpočtů samosprávných celků. V praktické části je vysvětleno financování sportu v Rokycanech, které se rozděluje na dvě formy provoz sportovišť pod názvem Sportovní zařízení města Rokycany a dotační programy z rozpočtu města Rokycany. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda dochází k podpoře mládeže do 18 let věku a také občanů města Rokycan, aktivních v některém z místních sportovních spolků. Součástí práce je finanční kalkulace počátečních výdajů se zaměřením na děti ve věku 4 6 let.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with motivation of the citizens when choosing their freetime activities and it also explains the positive effect on mental and physical health of a person. It specifies organization and funding of sport from the state budget and the budgets of self-governing units. The practical part deals with the funding of sport in Rokycany, which is divided into two forms the running of sports facilities under the name Sport facilities of the town of Rokycany and subsidy programme from the budget of the town of Rokycany. The aim of this thesis was to find out if the municipality of Rokycany sufficiently supports both children under 18 years and also those citizens of Rokycany who are members of any of sport groups. The work includes a financial calculation of initial expenses of a child at the age from 4 to 6.
