Abstract:
Z chloroformového extraktu kůry kořene Morus alba jsem v rámci této práce izolovala celkem 5 čistých látek. Jedná se o kuwanon C,kuwanon E, kuwanon G, moracin O a morusinol. Testována byla i jejich biologická aktivita vůči enzymu tyrosináza. Tento inhibiční účinek prokázal kuwanon G a moracin O. Všechny tyto látky byly již v minulosti z moruše izolovány. Abstract:
As part of this work, I isolated a total of 5 pure substances from the chloroform extract of Morus alba root bark. These are kuwanone C, kuwanone E, kuwanone G, moracin O and morusinol. Their biological activity against the enzyme tyrosinase were also tested. Kuwanon G and moracin O showed this inhibitory activity.
