History and current position as a representative of Chambers of professional autonomy: Comparison of selected basic elements of the chambers in the region Czech-Saxon

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce vychází z myšlenky zpracovat ucelený materiál o historii a současném postavení hospodářských komor se zaměřením na oblast Severozápadních Čech s přesahem do regionu Sasko. Prvním dílčím cílem této práce je jednak shrnout historii komor na území českých zemí v několika historických etapách a ve stejných časových blocích se dále věnovat oblasti Severozápadních Čech se zaměřením na chebskou oblast. Druhým dílčím cílem je popsat současné postavení a úlohu komor v České republice a obecně v Evropě. Hlavním cílem práce je provést komparaci základních článků dvou zcela odlišných systémů komor, a to v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo, konkrétně na příkladu Okresní hospodářské komory Most a Průmyslové a obchodní komory Chemnitz (Industrie- und Handelskammer Chemnitz) a zhodnotit tak účinnost obou systémů, respektive schopnost kooperace systémů povinného a dobrovolného členství v rámci Evropské unie.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is based on the idea to work up a complete material about the history and the contemporary situation of chambers of commerce. It is focused on the Northwest Bohemia with the overlapping into the region of Saxony. The first part of this work is a summary of both chamber´s history on the area of czech country in several historical periods and in the same space of time it will be dedicated to the Northwest Bohemia especially focused on the Cheb region. The second part is aimed to description of the chamber´s current status and the role in the Czech Republic and generally in Europe. The main target is to compare two completely different systems of chambers (of the Czech Republic and of the Federal Republic of Germany), showed on the example of the District Chamber of Commerce Most and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chemnitz and evaluate the efficiency of both systems, or the ability of system´s cooperation of mandatory and voluntary membership in the European Union.
