The Influence of Culinary Tourism on the Development of the Region - Italy

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit vliv gastronomického cestovního ruchu na ekonomický, sociální a kulturní rozvoj vybraného regionu - Itálie. Práce začne definicí cestovního ruchu a postupně se zaměří na gastronomický cestovní ruch, jeho účastníky a současné trendy. Dále se zabývá rolí, jakou hrají gastromapy a sociální sítě při cestování. Výzkum bude blíže zkoumat Itálii jako cílový region, včetně její charakteristiky, historie a bohaté gastronomie v jednotlivých regionech. Primární metodou výzkumu bude dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky budou následně vyhodnoceny. V závěru práce budou shrnuty klíčové poznatky z výzkumu a zodpovězeny klíčové výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the influence of gastronomic tourism on the economic, social and cultural development of the selected region - Italy. The thesis will begin with the definition of tourism and will gradually focus on gastronomic tourism, its participants and current trends. It also deals with the role played by gastromaps and social networks in travel. The research will take a closer look at Italy as a target region, including its characteristics, history and rich gastronomy in each region. The primary research method will be a questionnaire survey, its results will be subsequently evaluated. At the end of the thesis, the key findings from the research will be summarized and the key research questions will be answered.
