Předmětem této bakalářské práce je představit trestní řízení, charakterizovat jeho účel a následně popsat jednotlivé základní zásady trestního řízení. V práci dále rozvádím samostatné fáze trestního řízení. Pro úplnost jsem uvedl a charakterizoval jednotlivé subjekty a strany trestního řízení. Abstract:
Subject of my bachelor thesis is to present a criminal procedure in general, define its purpose and afterwards describe particular basic principles of the criminal procedure. I also described in detail individual stages of the criminal procedure. For the completeness´sake I also mentioned particular subjects and sides of the criminal procedure.
