Tématem diplomové práce je krizové řízení firmy a východiska z krize. Úvodní kapitola je věnována teoretickým východiskům zvolené problematiky a seznámení se s tématem. Kapitola druhá analyzuje stav reálné firmy, podnikající v automobilovém průmyslu. Snaží se odhalit její slabá místa, která budou východiskem pro návrhy na zlepšení východisek z krize. As a topic of the master thesis was chosen crisis management and ways out of the crisis. The first chapter describes theoretical insights and familiarize the reader with the topic. The next chapter introduces a real company from automotive industry which is then analyzed from various perspectives.
