Abstract:
Účelem této případové studie je potvrdit či vyvrátit předpoklad, že by možnost soudního tlumočeni na dálku (jak prostřednictvím telefonu, tak i videokonference) byla vítaným prvkem v českem soudnictví, jak ze strany soudních tlumočníků, tak ze strany Ministerstva spravedlnosti a jemu podřízených soudů.
Abstract:
The aim of this case study is to support or disprove the assumption that the possibility of remote court interpreting (either telephone or videoconference) would be a welcome element in the Czech justice, from the point of view of court appointed interpreters, the Ministry of Justice and its subordinate courts as well.
