Tato práce se věnuje uplatnění institutu předběžného opatření v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení. Nejprve je vymezena pravomoc soudů a rozhodčích tribunálů v oblasti rozhodování o předběžných opatřeních a vztah mezi nimi, následně dochází k analýze úpravy vydávání předběžného opatření z hlediska vybraných právních úprav – české právní úpravy, Vzorového zákona UNCITRAL a Rozhodčích pravidel ICC. The thesis focuses on interim measures in international arbitration. First, the competence of national courts and arbitral tribunals to issue interim measures and the relationship between these two jurisdictions is defined.
