Abstract:

Úvod: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice nežádoucích událostí v ošetřovatelské péči. Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat výskyt nežádoucích událostí ve zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice. Úkoly práce byly zaměřeny na výskyt jednotlivých nežádoucích událostí na odděleních ve zdravotních zařízeních a na důvody, jež vedou k jejich vzniku. Metodika: Byla zvolená kvantitativní metoda prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníku, který byl zveřejněn na sociálních sítích. Celkem do průzkumu bylo zahrnuto 497 zdravotních sester, z toho 305 všeobecných sester, 140 praktických sester a 52 sester specialistek. Výsledky: Ze zjištěných výsledků vyplývá, že nejčastěji dochází k nežádoucím událostem na interním oddělení, na lůžkách následné péče, na jednotce intenzivní péče a na chirurgické oddělení (55 %), kdy důvodem vzniku je nespolupracující pacient, špatné došlápnutí či zakopnutí. Zdravotní sestry mají značné desinformace o možnosti zapsání NU anonymně (78 %). Většina respondentů (96 %) uvedla, že na oddělení, kde pracují, je bezpečnost výborná, chvalitebná či dobrá. Více než 11 % respondentů uvedlo, že některé NU nezapíší do systému, kdy nejčastěji uvedeným důvodem byla zdlouhavá dokumentace. Závěr: Bakalářskou prací jsem chtěla poukázat na četnost nežádoucích událostí na jednotlivých odděleních, které se často opakují a na znalosti zdravotních sester o této problematice.

Abstract:

Introduction: this bachelor thesis deals with the issue of adverse events in nursing care. Aim: The main aim of this thesis was to map the incidence of adverse events in healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic. The tasks of the thesis were focused on the occurrence of individual adverse events on wards in health care institutions and the reasons that lead to their occurrence. Methodology. A total of 497 nurses were included in the survey, including 305 general nurses, 140 nurse practitioners and 52 specialist nurses. Results: The results showed that the most frequent adverse events occurred in the internal medicine ward, aftercare beds, intensive care unit and surgical ward (55 %), with the reason for occurrence being an uncooperative patient, wrong foot or tripping. Nurses have considerable misinformation about the possibility of enrolling NU anonymously (78 %). The majority of respondents (96 %) reported that safety is excellent, commendable or good on the ward where they work. More than 11 % of respondents reported that they do not enrol some NUs in the system, with lengthy documentation being the most frequently cited reason. Conclusion: Through my undergraduate thesis I wanted to highlight the frequency of adverse events on each ward that are frequently recurring and the nurses' knowledge of this issue.
