Abstract:
Práce měří a srovnává odchylky tibie za použití přístrojové metody využívající gyroskop. Měření probíhalo ve dvou termínech formou 5 cviků: Přenesení váhy vpřed, výpad vpřed, squat, lunge test a Y balance test. K ovlivnění stability sportovců jsme vybrali metodu senzomotorické stimulace, která je v rehabilitaci hojně používaná. Účinky SMS lze relativně snadno zakomponovat, jak do tréninkových jednotek …more
Abstract:
This thesis measures and compares tibia deviations using the instrumentál method of a gyroscope. The measurement was performed twice in the form of 5 exercises: forward weight transfer, forward lunge, squat, lunge test, and Y balance test. The method of sensomotor stimulation (SMS), widely used in rehabilitation, was chosen to influence the stability of athletes. Effects of SMS can be easily incorporated …more
