Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu pracovní angažovanosti v souvislosti se spokojeností s online firemním vzděláváním. The thesis concerns a theme of the work engagement and the satisfaction with online corporate education. The theoretical part provides a definition of the construct work engagement that is closely connected with the Job Demands Resources Model, a baseline for a subsequent research.
