The emotional side of the child's psyche in preschool age and the possibilities of its investigation in the work of a kindergarten teacher.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na emocionální stránku psychiky dětí v předškolním věku a pozornost a přístup k této stránce učitelkami mateřských škol. Teoretická část se zabývá spektrem témat spojených s emocemi, jejich vlivem na vývoj dítěte předškolního věku. V první kapitole je popsána základní definice a charakteristika emocí, včetně jejich druhů, funkcí, rolí ve vztazích a emočního vývoj dítěte předškolního věku. Druhá kapitola objasňuje emocionální stránku psychiky a její vývoj v předškolním věku a možnosti jejího ovlivňování. Poslední kapitola se zabývá mateřskou školou jako prostředím, ve kterém se dětský emocionální vývoj odehrává, s důrazem na roli učitelek mateřských škol v podpoře emocionální stránky. V empirické části bakalářské práce byl proveden výzkum prostřednictvím rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol s dotazy na jejich postup v práci s emocionální stránkou psychiky dětí. S cílem zjistit, jak učitelky sledují emocionální projevy dětí, jejich reakce a míru věnování se rozvoji emocionální stránky dítěte předškolního věku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the emotional aspect of children's psyche in preschool age and the attention and approach to this aspect by kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part explores a spectrum of topics related to emotions and their impact on the development of preschool children. The first chapter provides a basic definition and characterization of emotions, including their types, functions, roles in relationships, and emotional development in preschool-age children. The second chapter elucidates the emotional psyche and its development during the preschool age, as well as the possibilities of its influence. The final chapter examines kindergarten as an environment where children's emotional development takes place, with an emphasis on the role of kindergarten teachers in supporting the emotional aspect. In the empirical part of the bachelor thesis, research was conducted through interviews with kindergarten teachers, querying their approaches to working with the emotional aspect of children's psyche. The aim was to ascertain how teachers observe children's emotional expressions, their reactions, and the extent to which they dedicate themselves to the development of the emotional aspect in preschool-age children.
