Abstract:

Podnik Crystalex CZ, s. r. o., se potýká s problémem v pořizování a využívání palet, které se používají k manipulaci a přepravě hotových výrobků, proto diplomová práce řeší návrh změn ve stávajícím procesu hospodaření s paletami. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu správy palet a nalezení kritických míst, která narušují plynulý chod logistických procesů paletového hospodářství. V rámci podniku je sledován vývoj objednávek a spotřeby palet. Pozornost je zaměřena také na poškozování palet a na návratnost prázdných palet od zákazníků a z interních skladů s hotovými výrobky. Vědecké studie odkazují na postup výpočtu pro určování obrátkovosti palet. Na základě získaného postupu je vypočítána rychlost obratu palet a doba obratu palet. Pro optimalizaci logistických cest palet jsou použity vědecké studie tvořící podklad pro výpočet celkových ročních nákladů na využívání palet. Nákladový model je zaměřen na nákup/prodej palet a na pronajímání palet od externí společnosti. V procesu řízení paletového hospodářství je pozornost zaměřena také na volbu dodavatele prostřednictvím multikriteriálního rozhodování. Výsledky poukážou na možné úspory finančních prostředků v paletovém hospodářství, které vytvoří prostor pro rozhodování o možnostech využití finančních prostředků v rámci racionalizace logistických procesů.

Abstract:

The Crystalex CZ, s. r. o. company focuses on the problem with the acquisition and use of pallets which are used for handling and transport of finished products. This diploma thesis therefore proposes changes in the current process of pallet management. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state and find critical points that might disrupt the smooth pallet management logistics operation. The development of orders and consumption of pallets is monitored within the company. Attention is also focused on damaged pallets and return of empty pallets from customers and from internal warehouses with finished products. Academic studies refer to calculation for determining pallet turnover. Based on the obtained procedure, the pallet turnover rate and the pallet turnover time period are calculated. Scientific studies forming the basis for calculating the total annual cost of pallets used are used to optimize their logistics routes. Cost model is focused on the buy/sell of pallets and on the rental of pallets from an external company. The process of pallet management also focuses on the choice of supplier through multicriteria decision-making. The results of the thesis will point to possible savings in the pallet economy with the rationalization of logistics processes leading to creating space for the possibilities of using funds elsewhere.
