Pricing in Water Management Enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Cenová tvorba vodohospodářského podniku je popis, výpočet cenových kalkulací pro vodné a stočné a následné srovnání vypočtené ceny s dalšími vodohospodářskými podniku v rámci Pardubického kraje a České republiky. Práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popisována cenová tvorba, nákladové kalkulace a legislativní rámec vodohospodářské činnosti. Teoretické poznatky jsou následně využity pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části je kalkulována cena vodného a stočného. Pro tyto kalkulace byla vybrána oblast Jevíčko, kterou provozuje vodohospodářská společnost VHOS, a. s. V závěru praktické části jsou analyzovány situace a jejich dopad na výši ceny vodného a stočného v zájmové oblasti. První případ byl zaměřen na zvýšení nákladové položky nájemné, druhý a třetí modelový případ kalkuluje změnu ceny, pokud přibyde nebo ubyde významný odběratel v regionu.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis Pricing in the Water Management Enterprise is the description of water and sewer rate calculation and subsequent comparison of the calculated prices with water management companies in the Pardubice region and the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the pricing, cost calculations and legislative framework of water management. Theoretical knowledge is then used for the practical part. In the practical part, the price of water and sewer rate is calculated. The Jevíčko area, operated by the water management company VHOS, a. s, was selected for these calculations. At the end of the practical part, situations and their impact on the price of water and sewer rate in the area of interest are analysed. The first case is focused on increasing the infrastructure property rental, the second and the third model case calculates the price change if a significant purchaser in the region is added or lost.
