Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání výhodnosti finančního leasingu a spotřebitelského úvěru při pořízení majetku. První dvě části jsou zaměřené na teoretické vymezení jednotlivých druhů leasingu a úvěru, právní úpravu a účetní a daňové aspekty. The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of the advantages of financial leasing and consumer credit on the acquisition of property. The first two sections are focused on the theoretical definitions of the types of lease and credit, legislation and accounting and tax aspects.
