Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou kolagenu a jeho rolí v léčbě kloubních onemocnění. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na onemocnění kloubního aparátu a možnosti léčby, co je to kolagen a jaké existují typy kolagenu. Také se soustředí na metabolismus kolagenu a jeho využití. This thesis deals with the characterization of collagen and its role in the treatment of joint dinase. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on diseases of joints and treatment options, what it is colagen and what are the type of collagen. Also focus on the metabolism of collagen and use.
