Abstract:

Práce se zabývá dělbou domácí práce mezi heterosexuálními partnery na základě charakteristik jedinců jako jsou vzdělání, finanční příjem, příslušnost k sociální třídě, profese a kariéra, rodinný stav, počet závislých dětí etc. Jsou zde nastíněny výsledky některých zahraničních a českých výzkumů ohledně zapojení mužů a žen do jednotlivých odvětvích domácí práce : domácí práce, péče o děti a managing domácnosti. Část práce se věnuje i sekundární analýze dat dotazníkového šetření, které bylo součástí výzkumu IVRIS 2005-2006 věnující se právě rozdělení domácích prací a jejich přerozdělování v souvislosti s očekáváním narození prvního dítěte. Je zde analyzován vliv vzdělání, genderové ideologie, genderových stereotypů a rodinného stavu na výkon domácích prací a na to, jak si nastávající rodiče představují uspořádání domácí práce a péče o dítě po porodu. Muži i ženy jako primární pečující osobu, která bude po porodu na rodičovské dovolené s potomkem či potomky doma, vidí ženu. Přesto se muži chtějí zapojovat do péče o dítě ve větší míře. Domácí práce vykonávají stále zejména ženy, muži se však více či méně zapojují také. Inklinace k rovnocennému sdílení domácí práce je znatelná i v tom, že zkoumaná populace byla rozdělena zhruba na třetiny dle genderové ideologie. Tradiční ideologie tak ztrácí své většinové zastoupení.

Abstract:

Work is usually dealing with distribution of home work between heterosexual partners based od characteristics of individuals as is education, finance income, encidenity to social class, proffesion and career, family status, number of dependent children etc. There are outlined results of the some foreign and czech researches concerning the men and women integration into particular branches of house work : house work, care for children and house managment. Part of the work and secondary analysis of the question-form investigation, which was a part of a IVRIS 2005-2006 researc dedicated to distribution of house works and it's re-distribution in conjunction of the first child birth. Here is analyzed influence of education, gender ideology, gender stereotypes and family status on effort spent on house works and on how are upcoming parents imagining house works and care of children after the birth. Both man and women are imagining a women as a primary caring person, who shall be at home with the the offspring during the parental holiday. Although men desires to involve themselves more in the care of the children. House works are still performed mostly by the women, nonetheless man are involving in it in bigger or smaller scale as well. Inclination to the balanced sharing of the house works is perceptible in fact, that examined population was divided into approximately to thirds according to the gender ideology. Traditional ideology so looses its major representation.
