Abstract:
Analýza odlišností podnikání formou sdružení bez právní subjektivity a právnické osoby. Výhody a nevýhody z různých hledisek, rozdílné zdaňování a srovnání obou forem podnikání. Teoretické možnosti a výběr způsobu transformace podnikání a návrh řešení. Příprava transformace a aplikace vybraného řešení v praxi, zhodnocení a dopady.
