Abstract:

Abstrakt PRAVDA, Jan. Požadavky pro provoz food trucku. [Bakalářská práce] University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická. Praha: 2023. Celkový počet stran 54. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit legislativní požadavky pro provoz food trucku a případná omezení z nich vyplývající. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části seznamuji s pohledy naší a zahraniční literatury na provozování food trucků. Dále se zaměřuji na historii food trucků ve světě a v České republice s poukázáním na současnou food truckovou scénu. Druhá, analytická část se zaměřuje na všeobecné legislativní požadavky pro provoz food trucku v České republice a zhodnocení jejich přínosu či omezení při podnikání s food trucky na základě vlastních zkušeností a průzkumu v rámci dotazníku přímo cíleného na majitele food trucků v rámci food truckové asociace ČR. Ve třetí, návrhové části je celkové shrnutí současných legislativních požadavků na provoz food trucků a případné návrhy pro jejich změny. Je zhodnocen účel práce a její naplnění.

[Bachelor ́ s Dissertation] University College Prague – College of International Relations and Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics. Prague: 2023. Total number of pages 54. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the legislative requirements for the operation of food trucks and possible restrictions resulting from them. The thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytical and design. In the theoretical part I introduce the perspectives of our and foreign literature on food truck operation. Then I focus on the history of food trucks in the world and in the Czech Republic with a focus on the current food truck scene. The second, analytical part focuses on the general legislative requirements for food truck operations in the Czech Republic and an assessment of their benefits or limitations for food truck business based on my own experience and a survey within a questionnaire directly targeted at food truck owners within the food truck association of the Czech Republic. In the third, draft part there is an overall summary of the current legislative requirements for the operation of food trucks and possible suggestions for their changes. The purpose of the work and its fulfilment is evaluated.
