Abstract:

IT řešení pro firmy jsou nezbytnou součástí konkurenceschopnosti a efek-tivity v moderním světě obchodních systémů. Uvnitř podniků existuje mnoho různých systémů, které automatizují integrované procesy s cílem řešit potenciální problémy nebo jim předcházet. Rozhodovací procesy v podnicích obsahují možnosti dosažení zisku, ale také rizika. Vzhledem ke komplexní povaze rozhodo-vacích procesů jsou velmi potřebné nástroje pro modelování a simulaci, aby se minimalizovalo riziko, které může nastat v důsledku rozhodnutí, jež má být učiněno. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zdůraznit význam a zásadní roli simulace při rozhodování. Za tímto účelem je cílem vyvinout simulační model jako systém pro podporu rozhodování (DSS) se zaměřením na logistické činnosti v podniku. Simu-lační model bude navíc založen na charakteristikách a činnostech provozního řízení podniku. Výsledkem bude nový model, na který se bude možné odvolávat i v budoucích pracích při budování modelu vysoké komplexnosti

IT solutions for the companies are the essential part of the competitiveness and efficiency in our modern world’s Business Systems. Inside the companies there are many different systems those automate the integral processes to solve or prevent the potential issues. Decision making processes in the enterprises contain possibilities for profits but also risks. Modelling and simulation tools are highly required due to complex nature of the decision making processes to minimize the risk that may occur as a result of the decision to be made. This research aims to highlight the importance and essential role of simulation when it comes to decision making. In order to do that it is aimed to develop a simulation model as Decision Support System (DSS) with the attention to the logistics activities in a company. Moreover, the simulation model will be based on the company’s Operation Management characteristics and activities. As a result of this, it will be new and can be also referenced in the future works for a building a model of high complexity in nature
