Práce se věnuje deskripci obsahů strachů prožívaných rodiči, kteří vychovávají dítě v náhradní rodinné péči. Strachy byly zjišťovány metodou volných výpovědí, kategorizovány a podrobně popsány, následně byla ověřena jejich souvislost s rodičovským sebehodnocením a jeho dimenzemi a s dysfunkčními výchovnými přístupy (laxnost, přehnané reagování, hostilita). Presented study focuses on the contents of fears in a population of parents raising a child in substitute family care. The fears were collected by a free-response method, categorized and described in details, subsequently their relationship with parenting self-esteem and its dimensions and with dysfunctional discipline practices (laxness, overreactivity, hostility) was observed.
