Byla sledována raná fáze obranné reakce, tj. tvorba aktivních forem kyslíku (AOS), změny pH extracelulárního prostředí a syntéza oxidu dusnatého (NO) v suspenzních kulturách tabáku, indukovaná cryptogeinem, elicitorem z Phythopthory cryptogey, a mutantních proteinů od něj odvozených. Abstract:
It was observed the induction of the early events, i.e., synthesis of active oxygen species (AOS), pH changes and synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), in the suspension tobacco cells by cryptogein, an elicitor from Phytophthora cryptogea, and its mutated proteins.
