Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavit fungující realizační podnikatelský záměr, jež obsahuje jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k vytvoření čajovny TOKA, která se nachází v Přerově. V teoretické kapitole jsou představeny pojmy z oblasti podnikání, právní formy podnikání a návod, jak sestavit podnikatelský plán. The bachelor thesis aims to compile a functioning implementation of a business plan, which includes individual steps leading to the creation of the TOKA tea room, which is located in Přerov. The theoretical chapter introduces concepts from the field of business, legal forms of business, and instructions on how to draw up a business plan.
