Improvement of Accounting Documents Workflow

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the circulation of accounting documents and propose its innovation.The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and de-finitions that relate to this topic. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of accounting documents in the company dm drogerie markt, s.r.o. and offers recom-mendations of solution how to simplify the process. The focus of this work is on the process of reimbursement of co-workers' costs, as the co-workers of dm drogerie markt enter this process almost every day. The thesis is based on the professional knowledge of the literature listed in the list of literature.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu oběhu účetních dokladů a navrhnout jeho inovaci. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a definice související s tímto tématem. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu oběhu účetních dokladů v dm drogerie markt, s.r.o. a na následné doporučení řešení pro zjednoduše-ní procesu. Těžisko této práce je zaměřené na proces proplácení nákladů spolupra-covníků, jelikož spolupracovníci společnosti dm drogerie markt vstupují do tohoto procesu téměř každý den. Práce se opírá o odborné poznatky literatury uvedené v seznamu literatury.
