Financial Literacy of Czech Households in terms of Allocation of Resources

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci autor zkoumá problematiku finanční gramotnosti, coby jednoho z moderních ekonomických témat poslední doby. Za cíl si dal čtivou a zároveň srozumitelnou formou předat znalosti a zkušenosti ohledně finančního plánování, převážně však tvorby rodinného rozpočtu a alokace volných prostředků. V praktické části pak budou tyto návody převedeny do reálné situace, kde bude analyzován rozpočet průměrné české fiktivní domácnosti ve snaze jeho zefektivnění. Výsledkem bude práce, která záživnou formou poradí, jak se starat a také naopak nestarat o rodinné finance s následnou ukázkou v praxi.

Abstract:

The author of this bachelor thesis explores problems of financial literacy, so called one of the contemporary economic topics. The goal is to pass on the knowledge and experience about financial planning, mostly about family budget and allocation of spare resources in readable and comprehensible form. In the practical part those guides will be converted into a realistic situation, where a budget of an average, fictional czech household will be analyzed in order to be more efficient. The result will be a thesis, which interestingly gives advise how to manage and also how not to manage family finance with a following practical demonstration.
