Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza nástrojů, chování a příležitostí společností poskytujících IT služby. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání převážně open-source softwaru. Součástí práce je praktická spolupráce se zákazníky. Účelem spolupráce je analýza problémů zákazníků a hledání optimálních řešení problému pomocí outsourcingu požadovaných služeb a produktů. Používání doporučených nástrojů a procesů vede ke zefektivňování zákazníkových aktivit. Za účelem prezentace různých IT aplikací sloužících k řešení problémů zákazníků je zohledněn trh jako celek. V práci jsou také uvažovány různé finanční možnosti zákazníků.

Abstract:

The aim of the master thesis is to analyze tools, behavior and opportunities of companies providing IT support. The master thesis is focused on search for beneficial open-source software. Part of the thesis is cooperation with customers. The purpose of cooperation is to analyze their issues and evaluate possibilities of outsourcing the suggested services and products in case of founded value proposition. Using recommended tools and processes leads to the improvements in customer's field of business. In order to present different IT software to solve the complex customers' issues, there is also taken into consideration the diversity of market and limited financial sources of certain size of customer.
