Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je Veřejné stavební právo. Cílem je popis organizace veřejné správy na úseku veřejného stavebního práva a srovnání současné a připravované právní úpravy stavebního zákona.
Abstract:
Subject of this diploma work is Public building law. The objective is the description of the organization of public affairs administration in section of public building law and the comparison of present and prepared legal adjustments of the Building Act.
