Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá aspekty manažerské práce v kontextu psychologie osobnosti. This bachelor's thesis examines aspects of managerial work in the context of personality psychology. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the aspects of managerial work with an emphasis on burnout syndrome and personality typology.
