Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek a jejich vymáháním. Vymáhání pohledávek je frekventovaným tématem současnosti, a proto se domnívám, že zpracování této práce je přínosné jak pro samotného autora, tak pro čtenáře.V teoretické části je vymezen vznik, promlčení, prekluze a zánik pohledávek.
