Diplomová práce se věnuje rekodifikaci veřejného stavebního práva v oblasti povolování stavebních záměrů. Zabývá se analýzou konkrétních povolovacích institutů podle současné právní úpravy a podle rekodifikované právní úpravy. The thesis deals with the recodification of the Public Construction law in the field of permitting construction projects. It deals with the analysis of specific permitting institutes under the current legislation and under the recodified legislation.
