Control of public administration

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the examination of control in public administration, which can be carried out only by certain state authorities. Controle is done primarily in the management relations and it contributes to achieving the objectives to which management activity is directed. Initiates control can be based on the scope of the auditing activities, the NR SR, the Slovak government, from the requirement of central government authorities, on the initiative of other state authorities, on their own initiative controlled authority of from the audited entity or complaints from citizens. The most important element of control is finding weaknesses and remove them, which contributes to the benefit of achieving the intended purpose and contributes to higher quality decisions.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá skúmaním kontroly vo verejnej správe, ktorú môžu vykonávať len určité orgány štátnej správy. Uskutočňuje sa predovšetkým v príslušných riadiacich vzťahoch a podieľa sa na dosahovaní cieľov, ku ktorým riadiaca činnosť smeruje. podnety na vykonanie kontroly môžu vychádzať zo zamerania vlastnej kontrolnej činnosti, od NR SR, od vlády SR, od požiadavky ústredných orgánov štátnej správy, z podnetu iných štátnych orgánov, z vlastného podnetu kontrolovaného orgánu, z podnetov kontrolovaného subjektu alebo od občanov. Najdôležitejším prvkom kontroly je zistenie nedostatkov a ich odstránenie, ktoré prispieva k prospechu dosiahnutia zamýšľaného cieľa a prispieva k vyššej kvalite rozhodnutí.
