Draft of a business plan for a company establishment - family business

Abstract:

Práce shrnuje veškeré náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. Zabývá se podnikatelským prostředím a objasňuje, co by podnikatel měl při založení podniku znát a použít. Bakalářská práce srovnává podobné podniky a zhodnocuje pracovní příležitosti. Zabývá se důležitými aspekty k založení a následnému udržení společnosti. Zde se jedná o založení rodinného podniku. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na situaci současnou, ale také budoucí. Objasňuje postavení na trhu, silné stránky nebo naopak hrozby. Dává tak ucelený pohled na společnost, která by se v budoucnu mohla na trhu objevit.

Abstract:

This thesis summarizes all the essentials of a business plan. It deals with the business environment and clarifies what an entrepreneur should know and use when he starts a business. The bachelor thesis compares similar companies and evaluates job opportunities. It deals with important aspects for the establishment and subsequent maintenance of the company. This is about establishing a family business. The thesis focuses on the current situation, but also the future. It clarifies the position on the market, strengths or, on the contrary, threats. It gives a comprehensive view of the company that could appear on the market in the future.
