Abstract:
Ve své práci se věnuji marketingovým procesům v malé firmě. Zaměřuji se zejména na postupy, které předcházejí uvedení nového výrobku na hračkářský trh. Dále se snažím popsat současný stav společnosti ADC Blackfire Ent. pomocí SWOT analýzy a zároveň se snažím najít soubor opatření, která by mohla pomoci vyřešit problémy, které při uvádění výrobků na trh firmu provázejí.Abstract:
In my bachelor work I put brain to marketing processes in small company. I try to focus on procedures, which goes before release new product on the toy market. Then I try to describe actual state of ADC Blackfire Ent. Ltd. through the use of SWAT analyse and I seek for actions, which can help with implementig new products in company.
