The Signification of Flow Cytometry in Haematooncology diagnostics
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je přiblížit praktickou užitečnost cytometrie v diagnostice hematoonkologických malignit a shrnout současné postavení průtokové cytometrie ve světle nových poznatků, včetně dat týkajících se detekce a monitorování minimální reziduální nemoci v naší laboratoři.
Abstract:
This work would like to show practical use of the flowcytometry in diagnostic of the hemato-oncological malignities and to summarize the contemporary position of the flowcytometry in the light of new knowledges, including the data about detection and monitoring of inimal residual disease, which are researched in our laboratory.
