Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat daňové a úrokové zatížení obchodních korporací v České republice, identifikovat problémy související s daní z příjmu právnických osob a placených úroků a navrhnout opatření umožňující snížení finančního zatížení obchodních společností.
