Quality Management System from ISO 9001:2015 Point of View in Chosen Company

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém managementu kvality ve firmě KART s.r.o., porovnat ho s aktuálními požadavky normy ISO 9001:2015 a navrhnout realizaci změn do budoucna pro dosažení shody s tímto standardem. Na začátku práce je úvod do problematiky managementu kvality v podnicích a standardů ISO, včetně benefitů aplikace norem do organizací, aktuální požadavky normy ISO 9001:2015 a metodologie použitých nástrojů. Ve druhé části práce, je představení podniku KART s.r.o., hodnotí se plnění požadavků nové revize standardu s aktuálním systémem QMS ve společnosti a identifikují se potřebné změny. Navazují návrhy, v podobě formulací textů do příručky kvality, návrhů tabulek a dalších, na provedení změn v systému managementu kvality v budoucnu, aby se dosáhlo plnění požadavků normy včetně návodu na zpracování navržených podkladů.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to analyse current quality management system in KART company, compare it with current requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and suggest possible changes in the future for meeting the requiremens of this standard. In the beginning of this Thesis is the introduction to the quality management in business and ISO standards, including benefits of application of these standards to the organizations, current requrements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the description of the used methods. In the second part of this Thesis is the introduction of the KART company, valuation of fulfilling requirements of the new standard revison with current quality management system in the company and identification of needed changes. It is continued by propositions, like formulations of the texts to the quality manual, table suggestions and others, for accoplishing the changes in quality managements system in the future. In order to achieve fulfilling the requirements of the standard, including the manual for processing suggested material.
