Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákupního procesu poptávky v nadnárodní společnosti Škoda Auto. V práci je rozebrán detailní postup celé poptávky z pohledu nákupčího a následně zhodnocení efektivity výsledného vyjednávání. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the purchasing demand process in the multinational company Škoda Auto. The thesis analyses the detailed process of the entire demand process from the perspective of the buyer and then evaluates the effectiveness of the resulting negotiation.
