Cílem práce je sestavit autonomní model fungování malého potravinářského podniku na základě automatizačních prvků, které umožní vytvořit systém dálkového managementu a v poslední řadě vyhodnotit jeho efektivnost. The main goal is to create an autonomous functioning model for a small grocery store with automation tools and elements, that can enable a long distance digital management of a business. The model is created by a method, that includes elements of PORTER, PEST, VRIO, SMART and SWOT analyses.
