Byl syntetizován 1-(4-ethenylbenzyl)imidazol-2-karbaldehyd 1 a 1-allylimidazol-2-karbaldehyd 3. Jejich kondenzací s (S)-2-amino-2,3,3-trimethylbutanamidem byly připraveny příslušné 2-(imidazol-2-yl)imidazolidin-4-onové deriváty 2a,b resp. 4a,b. Abstract:
1-(4-Ethenylbenzyl)imidazole-2-carbaldehyde (1) and 1-allylimidazole-2-carbaldehyde (3) respectively were synthesized. The subsequent condensation of these aldehydes 1 or 3 with (S)-2-amino-2,3,3-trimethylbutanamide afforded the corresponding 2-(imidazole-2-yl)imidazolidine-4-one derivatives 2a,b resp. 4a,b.
