Abstract:
My thesis has three chapters. The first chapter includes: evolution, types and characteristic features of mortgage according to the bank law. The second chapter analyses and compares the loan portfolio of different banks in investing and building of house property. Diplomová práca má 3 kapitoly. V prvej časti diplomovej práce je charakterizovaný vývoj hypotekárnych úverov od ich vzniku, druhy hypotekárnych úverov a charakteristika podľa zákona o bankách. Druhá časť práce sa venuje analýze jednotlivých bánk a ich úverov na nadobudnutie a výstavbu nehnuteľností. Analyzuje sa Tatra banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa a OTP banka.
