Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného mzdového systému v České zbrojovce, a.s. Uherský Brod a vypracování návrhu na zdokonalení tohoto systému. Navrhnuté řešení a opatření vychází ze studia dostupné literatury a z rozboru současného stavu personalistiky v podniku. The goal of this paper work is to compare the contemporary situation of salary structure in Česká zbrojovka, Uherský Brod and working out suggestions for improving this system. The solution starts from the theoretical basis and from the analysis of the contemporary condition in working activities.
