The diploma thesis deals with the legal liability of group companies. The key term is imputability of the liability for the illegal conduct of group companies with resolution of private and public law regulation. Kľúčovým pojmom je pripísateľnosť zodpovednosti za protiprávne jednanie koncernových podnikov s rozlíšením na súkromnoprávnu a verejnoprávnu úpravu.
