Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zlepšení podnikových procesů ve společnosti provozující síť hobbymarketů. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose the improvement of business processes in a company operating a network of hobby markets. Selected processes fall into the field of logistics.
