Transformace vzdělávání ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s. v době pandemie

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dopady pandemie COVID-19 na vzdělávání ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. Práce zahrnuje teoretické vymezení problematiky, na kterou navazuje analytická část. Ta analyzuje stav vzdělávání během pandemie a její součástí je i dotazníkové šetření. Na základě výstupů z analytické části jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení, jak současný stav vzdělávání vylepšit.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on education at Škoda Auto a.s. The thesis includes a theoretical definition of the issue, followed by an analytical part. It analyses the state of education during the pandemic and includes a questionnaire survey.
