Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním zakladatelského projektu rodinného penzionu s restaurací. Z odborné literatury, která se vztahuje k zakladatelskému projektu, jsou zpracovány literární rešerše. This batchelor´s thesis focuses on project incorporation of family guesthouse with restaurant. Literary researches are drawn up from specialized literature that is dealing with project incorporation.
